Cheese Bread Sticks Recipe

A Easy and very tasty recipe for cheese bread sticks. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy on their own.
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 Tablespoon dry active yeast
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup melted mutter
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon italian seasoning
Mix together warm water, sugar, salt and yeast. Allow yeast to activate 10 minutes.
Add flour and stir in with a fork until dough holds together. Turn out onto floured board.
Knead lightly into a ball. Divide into 24 equal portions. On floured board, roll out into bread sticks.
Brush with melted butter and then sprinkle with italian seasoning and cheese.
Place onto greased cookie sheets.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Let bread sticks rise for 15 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
