Chipotle Cheese Dip Recipe

No sporting event is complete without nachos. This chipotle cheese dip recipe is the perfect accompaniment for a plate of nachos and the big game.
1 medium-sized saucepan
1 whisk (preferably wire)
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
2 Tablespoons of flour
1 chipotle chile in Adobo (sauce)
Melt butter in the medium saucepan over low heat.
When the butter has melted, add the flour and whisk continuously until you obtaina nice melted butter-flour paste.
Next, add the milk and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
Once thickened, add the cheddar cheese and salt. Keep stirring until the cheddar has completely melted.
Continue to gently whisk until all of the ingredients have formed a cheesy, thick sauce.
Pour sauce into a serving bowl and serve hot. Be careful not to burn yourself with this oozy delicious sauce!
