Layered Potato Cheese Casserole Recipe

A Hearty recipe for layered potato cheese casserole. This is a family favorite dish.
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, diced
4-6 large potatoes, peeled, rinsed and sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix sour cream, milk, salt and flour to ensure no lumps of flour remain.
Layer 1/3 of the potatos and onions into baking dish, cover with half of the sour cream mixture then repeat layers ending in a third potato layer.
Cover dish with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and top with grated cheese, bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and potatoes are tender.
