Mango Panna Cotta Recipe
This mango panna cotta recipe is very quick and easy to make. This light dessert is perfect after a large meal.
1 Tablespoon gelatin (1 pacakage) + 3 tbsp of water
2 1/2 cups full cream milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 ripe mangos – cut into small pieces
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin and water together and set aside.
Using a saucepan on the stovetop, stir the milk and sugar together and cook over low to medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla and gelatin until you see the gelatin has dissolved.
Pour the mixture into six glasses of your choice.
Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Once cooled and set, put some fresh mango on top of each portion. Return to refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
